Datto Acquires Open Mesh
Talkin’ Cloud had the chance to catch up with Datto and learn more about Open Mesh, the Portland, Ore. company it acquired earlier this week. Along with the acquisition, the terms of which have not been disclosed, Datto launched Datto Networking, a complete portfolio of networking solutions.
Green Cloud Technologies Acquires Cirrity
Green Cloud Technologies finalized its acquisition of Cirrity this week. The acquisition of Cirrity, a channel-only cloud services provider, will give Green Cloud’s partner network more capacity, security and redundancy for cloud solutions. Read more on Channel Partners Online.
CloudJumper Acquires Competitor’s IT Services Business Unit
Workspace-as-a-service provider CloudJumper announced the acquisition of a competitor’s IT services business unit to add more than 50 MSPs and ISVs to its channel, as well as employees of the segment.
