We’ve long reported on the ineffectiveness of advanced security solutions in the face of users clicking on unverified links or opening mystery attachments, but user training only seems to be effective up to a point. Many security vendors and providers have turned to gamification to try and make security lessons stick in the minds of users, but it’s one thing to make lessons fun and engaging, and quite another matter to ensure they translate to day-to-day processes.
