Panda Security: Try New Anti-Malware Solution, Win Up to $800
Cloud security company Panda Security will reward some of its beta testers for its new version of its anti-malware solution.
Panda Security launched its “Beta Tester of the Year” competition last week in conjunction with the release of its Global Protection 2015 solution.
Competition prizes include:
- $800 for the “Beta Tester of the Year”
- Nine prizes of $250 each
- 250 one-year subscriptions to Panda Global Protection 2015 (for three devices)
Hervé Lambert, Panda Security’s retail product marketing manager, commented on the new release in a prepared statement:
“Beta versions help us ensure our products include every feature demanded by our user community and everything works as requested. Users’ opinions are key to making our products even better, so we listen to and interact with them to make sure our solutions are perfectly suited to their needs.”
Panda Global Protection 2015 is “lighter, more secure and more complete than ever before,” according to the company.
The anti-malware solution also has numerous upgrades from last year’s version, including:
- A redesigned interface
- A new technological platform that leverages the Panda Security cloud
- Data Shield module
- Parental controls
- Tuneup module
- Wi-Fi protection
“This year’s version has been developed from scratch. Everything is new,” Lambert said. “In a word, it is clearly better. This is our opinion, and we expect our beta testers to confirm it.”
Beta testers who want to submit comments, questions and suggestions to Panda Security can do so through the company’s Beta Forum or via email.
