Impact Telecom Enhances Product Line, Offers Incentive Trip

The new features and promotion will enable Impact to enhance its customers’ voice and messaging capabilities and further support partners.
The exciting and reliable ImpactConnect Hosted PBX service includes a range of high quality Polycom phones and a new mobile app for Apple and Android mobile devices. A new promotion incorporates other useful business communications tools such as business texting with ImpactText, as well as a text-enabled toll free number with integrated toll free and audio conferencing minutes. Additional business packages featuring an auto-attendant for use with any phone system are also available.
ImpactText, Impact’s SMS cloud-based messaging service for businesses, has been amplified with new features that strengthen back-end capabilities for ImpactText users, providing further insight into reporting and efficiency. The new features include autoresponders, mail merge, list segmentation, a QR code generator and a URL shortener.
To demonstrate its dedication to the partner channel, Impact is offering a unique opportunity for top-selling partners to win a trip to Hawaii in Q1 2016. Partners selling more than 100 ImpactConnect Hosted PBX seats will be entered into a drawing for a 3-day trip to Hawaii. Those partners surpassing 300 seats will automatically receive the trip.
