Pavel Jirsák
Head of SMB Products, Avast Business
With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, mainly in the cybersecurity area, Pavel worked in several sectors, from financial and pharmaceutical to localisation industries. Before joining Avast Business, he was responsible for product management in several companies, like MSD and Komerční banka, amongst others. For seven years, he was also the Cybercrime Commissioner at Czech Republic Police, where he was responsible for the investigation of cybercrimes. He started working in Avast in 2019, as a Senior Product Manager, managing Avast Business Hub, Avast’s Endpoint Protection Platform and researching an XDR solution for small business customers and partners. Pavel has now assumed the role of Head of SMB products, being responsible for the development of the entire Avast product line for the Small and Medium Businesses. He has knowledge and experience in applying modern management principles and frameworks with a strong focus on user experience and outcomes, including defining a product strategy and objectives and skills managing teams of product managers and designers and in building products in a highly regulated environment.
Paul Crumpton
Business Relationship Manager, The IASME Consortium
Paul has over 35 years’ experience working for the police, as an officer, a manager and a crime prevention advisor. His roles included the promotion of innovative UK security solutions to a domestic and business audience. He has experience as a practitioner and leader in security & crisis management, with a focus on preventative activities to mitigate risk, coupled with a business continuity approach, delivering high standards in customer service & service recovery through effective engagement. Paul is a strong advocate of a joined-up approach to cyber security, that includes people, processes and technology, all working together. He joined IASME in January 2021 as Business Relationship Manager, after more than 35 years in the West Mercia Police.
Tom Künzel
Fachinformatiker – Systemintegration (IT specialist for systems integration), MV-Systems
Working in IT since 2001, Tom Künzel is a specialist in systems integration with over 20 years’ experience and skills in working directly with clients. Tom has a Cisco CCNA Certification and is presently the IT specialist for Systems Integration for MV-Systems. Amongst other responsibilities, Tom is responsible for IT consultancy for MV-Systems customers, executing tasks from making quotes/offers to planning IT budgets of government and educational customers, that account for 90% of MV-Systems client base.
George Mellor

A Corporate Development Specialist advising on mission critical business model and operational initiatives including Business Development, Infrastructure Design and Process Engineering to bring businesses into the next generation of doing business with Cloud Technology in the subscription-based economy. He’s held numerous Executive Level positions within the IT Solution Provider and Managed Services space with four (4) effective exits along with founding two (2) successful SaaS companies.
