ChitrChatr Communications (CHA) has launched a beta version of its Comprehensive Universal Unified Communications Platform (CUUCP).
The global communications platform is fully functional and scalable on Windows desktop, Linux desktop, Android, Mac OS X and iOS operating systems.
ChitrChatr said CUUCP features:
- Chat and video calling.
- Group messaging.
- Conference calls.
- Text services.
All of these services will be available for free, according to ChitrChatr.
The unified communications (UC) platform provider pointed out that CUUCP enables users “to obtain one or more phone numbers from over 65 countries and forward incoming calls to any other phone number, whether you are on or offline.”
In addition, ChitrChatr said CUUCP incorporates all user contacts on all different chat and video calling applications under one umbrella.
The beta version of CUUCP is available can be downloaded for free here.
ChitrChatr unveiled its universal UC platform in December. It previously released an Alpha-1 version of its CUUCP, which enabled users to communicate with one another via multiple communication methods.
Market research firm Grand View Research also noted that the UC market could grow significantly over the next few years.
The global UC market could be worth $75.81 billion by 2020, Grand View Research said, thanks in part to the rising demand for UC services from enterprises of all sizes.
