Broadvoice Launches New Customer Success Organization
PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — April 10, 2019 — Broadvoice (Booth 1042 and a Signature Sponsor), an award-winning provider of hosted voice, unified communications (UC) and SIP Trunking services for businesses, has announced the launch of a new Customer Success team dedicated to providing a superb customer experience to Broadvoice clients.
Comprised of three teams, Customer Success incorporates Premier Success, Premier Care, and Customer Loyalty – they work together to ensure that Broadvoice drives long-term engagement and connections with its clients.
“Customer Success delivers committed, concierge-level service that is positive, timely, and enjoyable,” said Robert Brown. “Through process, technology, and personal touch, our team aims to exceed customer expectations while allowing partners to focus on sales.”
Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know. |
The new Customer Success Team is not quota bearing, which means that upsells and new product revenue are realized as additional residuals for partners according to their agreement. If a customer wants to add a new location, partners can work through their channel managers and partner sales managers, allowing partners to earn all applicable SPIFFs eligible at the time of the order.
While Customer Success is not quota bearing, Premier Success, Premier Care and Customer Loyalty play a vital role in delivering a great experience to customers. Part of this team, a Premier Success Manager is assigned to each partner and their premier customers. To ensure harmony, the Premier Success Manager will include interested partners in the QBR process with their shared customers.
“Broadvoice is dedicated to supporting both our customers and our partners,” said Broadvoice CEO Jim Murphy. “With this in mind, Customer Success is equipped to exceed expectations and set a new bar for the customer experience.”
Broadvoice offers a flexible, smart portfolio of IP-based voice and data offerings, backed by its enterprise-class, geo-redundant IP telephony platform. This includes its flagship cloud UC and PBX services, which features unlimited voice calling plans throughout the continental United States and Canada.
