Brightpoint, RadioShack Enter Distribution Agreement

Brightpoint Inc. (CELL) announced today that its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America L.P., has entered into an agreement with RadioShack Corp. (RSH).

As part of the agreement, Brightpoint will provide distribution and logistics support for certain wireless products at a select number of RadioShack stores. In addition, Brightpoint will continue to distribute wireless products to select RadioShack dealer stores across the country.
