Jon Groves
Jon Groves, CEO of Logicalis US, is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company, as well as leading the U.S. executive team. A proven leader in sales and services, he has more than 20 years of enterprise technology and engineering experience. Jonathan joined Logicalis from ConvergeOne, where he served as executive vice president of US East. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in strategic planning, process implementation and business development, while also ensuring a strong focus on team building and mentoring.

Michelle Andreas
Michelle Andreas, vice president of marketing for Logicalis, is an IT veteran with nearly two decades of experience working with channel companies to develop and promote their go-to-market strategies. At Logicalis she oversees the U.S.-based marketing organization where she is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy including public relations and communications, customer and employee events, as well as regional marketing strategy. Prior to joining Logicalis, Michelle served as director of vendor marketing for Tech Data’s Cisco and IoT vendors where she led a team of brand managers focused on demand generation, events and communications to reseller partners in the Americas.

Jeff Wilms
Jeff Wilms, chief revenue officer for Logicalis, has nearly 25 years of experience in IT sales. As CRO, he leverages his deep understanding of the company’s long-term goals to continue to grow the Logicalis sales organization with a focus on solutions and strategy. He oversees Logicalis’ entire sales organization, including practices and partner brand management, as well as the overall strategy and execution. He has an extensive and successful track record on the sales side at Logicalis. He joined the company in 2006 as an area sales director and became the vice president of sales for the Midwest in 2015.

Mike Riley
Mike Riley, vice president, healthcare and goved sales, joined Logicalis in 2015. Before being appointed to his current role, he served as U.S. healthcare leader, playing a vital role in advancing Logicalis’ health care practice. He worked to create a winning culture by leading a highly matrixed team focused on designing effective go-to-market and sales enablement programs. He also created an informal international health care assistance program to support Logicalis teammates in positioning the company’s solutions and value, while expanding Logicalis’ relationships with key customers and OEM partners.
