Cybereason Closes $59 Million Series C Funding Round Led by SoftBank. Cybereason, a Boston-based endpoint detection and response platform provider, has secured $59 million in a Series C funding round led by SoftBank. Existing investors CRV and Spark Capital also participated in the funding round. Cybereason CEO Lior Div said his company will use the funding to expand into new markets and develop new products.
SteelBrick Raises $48 Million in Series C Funding to Deliver on the Need for Speed in Modern Sales. SteelBrick, which provides quote-to-cash software applications built on the Salesforce1 platform, has secured $48 million in a Series C funding round led by Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). In addition, existing investors Emergence Capital, Salesforce Ventures and Shasta Ventures participated in the funding round. SteelBrick said it will use the funding to further develop its software.
InvestCloud Secures $45 Million Growth Equity Investment. Cloud-based investment management platform provider InvestCloud has added $45 million in growth equity funding. FTV Capital led the funding round. InvestCloud said the funding will be used to bolster its platform, enhance its customer service and expand globally.
FollowAnalytics Receives $10 Million in Series A Funding. FollowAnalytics has added $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Aspect Ventures, with participation from Sapphire Ventures, Zetta Venture Partners and others. The mobile marketing automation software company noted that it will use the funding to bolster its global sales and marketing initiatives.
Lume Secures $400K From Lighter Capital to Customize the Cloud for Enterprise Organizations. Managed cloud solutions provider Lume has raised $400,000 in growth funding from Lighter Capital. The funding will enable Lume to expand its data center and network footprint, according to the company.
