ON24 Announces Channel Support Initiatives
ON24 Inc., a provider of Webcasting and virtual event solutions, announced it is expanding its channel and reseller support organization, adding new areas of emphasis and senior personnel to support ON24 channel partners as demand for virtual event solutions continues to increase.
Stuart Bowen, formerly ON24’s senior director of virtual events, has been named to the newly created position of senior director virtual shows – channel worldwide.
“Stuart will be dedicated to ON24 channel partners to help drive the adoption of virtual events by their customers,” explained Ben Sullivan, vice president of channel sales. “His experience evangelizing the use of virtual solutions in a business environment will be invaluable as we continue to develop successful channel partnerships with well-known international organizations.”
ON24 also announced full support for channel partner customer Webcasts and virtual shows on Windows 7. “The launch of Microsoft’s Windows 7 operating system has been one of the most anticipated technology introductions of the year, and ON24 recognizes the need to provide channel support in this area,” Sullivan explained.
In addition, ON24 has a new beta program to help select customers execute ON24 Webcast Center solutions using Silverlight, Microsoft’s plug-in for creating rich interactive Web applications.
