ClearOne Channel Program Targets VoIP, Telecom Agents, MSPs
Audio and visual communication solution provider ClearOne (CLRO) has launched its ClearOne Connections Partner Program for VoIP, telecom agents and managed service provider partners. ClearOne partners will be able to sell the company’s Spontania cloud service and take advantage of a number of traditional channel program offerings.

ClearOne partners will be able to sell the company’s Spontania cloud service and take advantage of a number of traditional channel program offerings.
The ClearOne partner program comes in two flavors, with resellers able to choose from the White Label Channel Program or the ClearOne Agent Program. The White Label program was designed for partners looking to target different vertical markets and sell services under their own brand, while the Agent Program is designated for telecom companies looking to gain entry into the cloud, desktop and mobile communications markets, according to ClearOne.
“Owning the customer means our partners can offer videoconferencing and collaboration solutions under their brand, set price points based on customer requirements, and bill customers directly, thereby increasing value and average revenue per user. The ClearOne White Label Program offering is targeted at small-to-midsize service providers with existing customer bases who prefer to focus on selling services rather than managing the operational complexities,” said Kent Terpe, ClearOne Indirect Channel consultant, in a statement. “The ClearOne Agent Program will be a game changer, as the telecom agent channel looks to differentiate their solutions, strengthen customer relationships and grow revenue.”
The Spontania cloud service is ClearOne’s own cloud-based videoconferencing service designed to provide users with a more affordable option for HD videoconferencing to replace traditional video communication services, according to the company. While both versions of the partner program are available now, Agent Program partners have the option to participate in ClearOne’s “Experience Spontania – Try and Buy Program” prior to signing on as resellers.
