Happy New Year and Thank You from the MSPmentor Team

The end of the year is a time of making lists, taking stock and measuring performance. (KPI anyone?) But more important, it’s a time to say thank you. And we at MSPmentor and Nine Lives Media (including The VAR Guy and Talkin' Cloud) would like to thank you, our readers, for a great year in 2013. And we wish you, your families and your extended business families the best for a happy holiday season and prosperous New Year.

The New Year will bring fresh challenges in both business and technology. Business models may shift, vendors may consolidate, new malware threats may appear, and Microsoft will most likely get a new CEO. We’ll be here with you through it all, working hard to put the events and trends of 2014 into context for managed services providers.
