Combine their knowledge and prowess, and the result is the M5 Connect platform integrating with the SageCRM platform. With SageCRM coupled to the M5 Connect, a user can dial a number from inside SageCRM, and when a sales team user is on the receiving end of the call, the user will receive a pop-up displaying the caller’s information. With this integration, SageCRM becomes a one-stop shop for customer tracking, including the aforementioned phone calls. Streamlining the CRM experience is also top of mind, since SWK Technologies has ensured automatic call-record entry inside SageCRM, in addition to a better analytics and single-pane-of-glass experience for sales team users.
