10 Reasons Ubuntu Beats Windows Vista
I’m as guilty as the next guy of creating Top 10 Lists just to grab a few eyeballs on the Web. But the following list, highlighting 10 reasons Ubuntu beats Windows Vista, seems like a stretch in some areas. What’s your reaction.

I have to agree. But then when you switch to Ubuntu for eye candy you can’t really be depended on to produce a good top ten list.
I guess my number one might be not having to restart after updates or perhaps something specific about security but lets face it these are all benefits of using Linux in general. The reasons I chose Ubuntu have more to do with philosophy and their update policies.
Agreed. I moved to Ubuntu because it’s a fast, simple operating system with predictable updates. Also, I was tired of big patches and multiple bolt-on security requirements required in the world of Windows. I like Microsoft in a lot of ways, but Vista isn’t one of them.
