Cloud Sherpas Expands Managed Services Practice

Cloud Sherpas plans to expand its managed services practice offering support for Salesforce.com, Google for Work and ServiceNow. Here are the details of this Talkin' Cloud 100 company's expansion plans.

Cloud Sherpas has announced plans to expand its global managed services practice for customers using Salesforce.com (CRM), Google for Work (GOOG) and ServiceNow (NOW). The longtime Google partner, originally founded by IT resellers looking to get into the market of reselling cloud services, said that the company will also hire dozens of new workers over the next several quarters to fortify its managed services organization.

Cloud Sherpas is one of the top cloud service providers on the Talkin’ Cloud 100 list of top cloud service providers, ranked at 27 for 2014. With its expanded MSP focus, we’d encourage the company to participate in next year’s MSPmentor 501 survey which ranks the world’s top managed service providers and IT service providers.

Cloud Sherpas’ Managed Services group provides help to customers through the entire cloud lifecycle and includes the following, according to the company:

  • Proactive Planning: Clients have access to a dedicated Cloud Sherpas Customer Success Manager, weekly reviews and detailed reporting and statistics.
  • Architecture Support: This level of support includes business planning, general management, business development, methodology and quality assurance plus workforce management, supervision and mentoring, as well as access to our team of technical architects.
  • Advice and Consultancy: Clients can access Cloud Sherpas’ resources for change and release management, best practices and more.
  • Technical Support: Across all business units, clients can choose their level of technical support, all the way up to 24×7, and SLA commitment, and can plan ahead with predictable monthly costs.
