The Chicago-based distributor/master agent has joined the Swiss vendor’s Partner Network program. The program, which boasts a 98 percent yearly client retention rate, is a key part of Open Systems’ North American strategy.

Open Systems is “actively and aggressively pursuing” MSP partners as it tries to expand globally, according to its website. That’s where Avant comes into play. Avant has recruited MSPs and encouraged traditional partners to bring more services and recurring revenue into their practices.
