Sonya Meline now serves as the master agent’s vice president. She’ll spearhead new VAR and MSP programs that use gross margin compensation. Technology Source president Dominic Antonini said Meline is a perfect candidate to help the company expand its cybersecurity and cloud practices.

Telecom Brokers’ Dom Antonini

“It is with great pleasure that we bring her on board to lead these initiatives, Antonini said. “Her huge network of channel relationships, tenure as a C-level in marketing and sales, and as a director of IT for a midsize multistate health-care organization are all exactly the kind of leadership experience our team and partners have grown to expect from Technology Source.”

Meline worked the last four years at Effortless Office, where she most recently held the chief sales and marketing officer position. She also serves as a mentor for the Alliance of Channel Women. She said she interacted with Antonini and other Technology Source employees at Alliance of Channel Women events.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in September.

She praised Technology Source for its investment in cloud and IT solutions.

“In the past four months, the business has identified a key segment of the market that is underserved, found a profitable way to meet the needs of customers and partners, and it is now scaling the solution globally by bringing on trusted technology advisers around the United States. After more than five years at Effortless Office, I am excited about this next challenge,” she said.

The 21-year-old company rebranded from Telecom Brokers to Technology Source earlier this year. Nancy Ridge, the company’s executive vice president, resigned in September to start her own consulting business. Rob Olson, a former leader at CNSG, Spectrotel, Global Capacity and EarthLink, replaced her. Technology Source offers a portfolio of more than 150 service providers and has made numerous acquisitions.
