In his new position, Fernandez will play a crucial role in advancing SuperOps.ai’s channel strategy, enhancing partner relationships and expanding the company’s global presence. As a trusted figure in the MSP community, Fernandez will leverage his extensive experience to enhance and strengthen SuperOps.ai’s platform and drive deeper engagement with the company’s MSP partners, enabling them to optimize their operations, improve service delivery and scale their businesses more effectively.

Prior to joining SuperOps.ai, Fernandez held several key leadership roles in the MSP industry at firms including HacWare and ImageNet Consulting. Co-author of “The MSP Owner’s Handbook,” he also co-founded as serves as CEO of the MSP Growth Coalition, an organization that helps MSPs succeed.

Fernandez was a member of the inaugural Channel Futures DE&I 101 and was honored again in 2023, was a Channel Futures Channel Influencer in 2022 and received CompTIA’s 2022 Industry Advisor Leadership award. He has also been honored as HP DaaS Innovator of the Year and ENX Magazine’s Difference Maker of the Year.
