Lifesize is now providing enterprises with one-click video recording from any device.

The Logitech (LOGI) company this week unveiled Lifesize Cloud Amplify, which enables users to record Lifesize Cloud video calls and share them via a personal library.

Lifesize said its new release offers users:

  • Auto-publish capabilities.

  • Automated reports that monitor usage across an organization.

  • Content collaboration and sharing.

  • The ability to socialize content company-wide.

“Lifesize Cloud users can store their video recordings in a personal library, tag other participants and simply share the videos via links,” a Lifesize spokesperson told Talkin’ Cloud. “We believe that Lifesize Cloud Amplify gives customers a recording solution that adds tremendous value to their organization.”

In addition, Lifesize CEO Craig Malloy noted that his company has seen a significant increase in demand for recording functionality, and Lifesize Cloud Amplify “incorporates a personal video library that provides the industry’s easiest and most dynamic resource for sharing.”

Lifesize Cloud Amplify is now available globally, with annual plans starting at $4,000 for unlimited recordings and a 15-hour video library. Also, Lifesize Cloud users are eligible for a free 14-day trial.

Malloy recently pointed out that “the demand for cloud-based video communications is exploding,” and Lifesize continues to expand its service to keep up with consumer requests.

For example, Lifesize in April incorporated Microsoft (MSFT) Lync capabilities into Lifesize Cloud. The company noted that Lync users can join meetings hosted on Lifesize Cloud, empowering businesses to provide “easy-to-use video communications.”
