Synnex Partners Get Access to 8×8 XCaaS Platform

Also, Pax8 and Addigy offer new opportunity for MSPs.

8×8 just signed a new distribution agreement with Synnex. The distribution giant’s s VAR, MSP and SI partners now get access to 8×8’s Experience Communications as a Service (XCaaS) platform.

Also Tuesday, Pax8 unveiled a global partnership with Addigy to offer MSPs a multitenant management solution for all Apple devices.

8×8 XCaaS includes contact center, voice, team chat and meetings capabilities in a single-vendor solution. It’s for employee communications, collaboration and customer engagement.

Synnex has added the 8×8 integrated UCaaS and CCaaS product to its technology portfolio. 8×8 XCaaS offers a financially backed, platform-wide 99.999% service level agreement. The solutions will immediately be available to partners in the United States through Synnex.

“As more businesses migrate to cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions, it’s crucial our resellers deliver integrated UCaaS and CCaaS tools to improve both customer and employee experiences,” he said. “Together, Synnex and 8×8 will better enable our partners to drive a more fluid migration to a better communications experience through a single, efficient platform.”

Synnex resellers will also be able to offer the 8×8 Voice for Microsoft Teams direct routing solution. Moreover, they can offer 8×8 Contact Center for Microsoft Teams to customers through a single distribution partner.

“As one of the only cloud communications providers offering a resell route to market through a leading distributor such as Synnex, this partnership will be instrumental for our next phase of channel success,” he said. “VARs are an essential guide to organizations undergoing digital transformation as they move off of legacy, on-premises communications and customer engagement systems. Synnex’s partner community will be able to capitalize on a major growth opportunity by offering a single cloud communications and contact center solution with 8×8 XCaaS.”

Pax8 and Addigy

Pax8 and Addigy have partnered to deliver Apple device management capabilities to MSPs. Through the advanced technology, partners now have access and visibility into Apple environments.

Addigy allows MSPs to expand their Apple business. Addigy’s platform allows patch management, enterprise mobility and unified endpoint management through a single console.

With customized care and flexible environment configurations, partners can meet their clients’ needs while improving operational efficiencies.

“On average, 15% of the devices in a small–midsized business consist of Apple products,” he said. “For MSPs to effectively manage these devices, they need to leverage a remote management tool purpose-built for Apple. With the technology, partners can unlock a new revenue stream and effectively scale their Apple business, achieving substantial growth.”

Addigy offers partners real-time device management, zero-touch provisioning, authentication of Azure AD, Office 365, Okta and Google, remediation notifications and more.
