8×8 just signed a new distribution agreement with Synnex. The distribution giant’s s VAR, MSP and SI partners now get access to 8×8’s Experience Communications as a Service (XCaaS) platform.

Also Tuesday, Pax8 unveiled a global partnership with Addigy to offer MSPs a multitenant management solution for all Apple devices.

8×8 XCaaS includes contact center, voice, team chat and meetings capabilities in a single-vendor solution. It’s for employee communications, collaboration and customer engagement.

Synnex has added the 8×8 integrated UCaaS and CCaaS product to its technology portfolio. 8×8 XCaaS offers a financially backed, platform-wide 99.999% service level agreement. The solutions will immediately be available to partners in the United States through Synnex.

Pax8 and Addigy have partnered to deliver Apple device management capabilities to MSPs. Through the advanced technology, partners now have access and visibility into Apple environments.

Addigy allows MSPs to expand their Apple business. Addigy’s platform allows patch management, enterprise mobility and unified endpoint management through a single console.

With customized care and flexible environment configurations, partners can meet their clients’ needs while improving operational efficiencies.
