James Foxall’s move into the president slot comes at an intriguing time. The PSA market is evolving rapidly. Recent industry moves include a range of acquisitions, investments and upstart competitor strategies. Examples include:
ConnectWise launching ConnectWise Capital, which has invested in LabTech (a remote monitoring and management software provider) and CharTec (a hardware as a service specialist).
NetSuite promoting OpenAir, a SaaS PSA platform, to technology and business consultants.
European PSA upstarts like Severa targeting the North American market.
In order to raise its visibility, Tigerpaw is planning to host its first partner and customer conference in October 2010.
