GreatAmerica Financial Services Integrates with ConnectWise CPQ

GreatAmerica Financial Services has successfully integrated with ConnectWise. This makes it easier for equipment buyers to submit a credit application from within ConnectWise CPQ.

Technology service provider (TSP) end customers get approval for financing before the quote gets approved. This eliminates potential delays or loss of business. Previously, TSPs had to submit applications much later in the process through the GreatAmerica portal or through ConnectWise PSA.

Addigy’s State of Apple Device Management Industry Report for MSPs

MSPs managing Apple devices charge twice as much as MSPs that don’t. This is according to Addigy, which released its 2023 state of the Apple device management industry report for MSPs. It surveyed 480 MSP professionals worldwide on Apple device management pricing, managing Apple devices and the growth of Apple devices in the workplace.

Managing Apple devices creates a new line of business for MSPs to offer at premium prices. According to the report, they also generate more in annual recurring revenue (ARR).

Jason Dettbarn is founder and CEO of Addigy.

“Given the unique complexities of managing and securing Apple devices in the workplace, MSPs can easily charge a premium for these services without worrying about customers pushing back,” Dettbarn said. “In our experience, businesses that buy Apple endpoints expect to pay a premium for managing and securing, as the devices are priced higher than their competitors and require an elevated level of service.”

The survey found that the use of Apple devices in the workplace continues to grow, driving more revenue for MSPs embracing the iPhone giant.

Cascadeo Renews AWS Managed Service Provider Designation

Cascadeo renewed its membership in the AWS managed service provider partner program. This marks Cascadeo’s eighth year in the program.

The AWS MSP partner program recognizes and validates AWS partners like Cascadeo with a proven track record and experience. To achieve the AWS MSP designation, AWS partners need to complete an extensive independent audit. This ensures their business health and technical capabilities meet a high bar.

Jared Reimer is Cascadeo president and CTO.

“Cascadeo is a cloud-first transformation and managed services provider. We have been an AWS MSP partner since the program’s launch, helped design the very first audit framework for MSPs, and continue to be a leader in the industry with our services offerings and the cascadeo.io platform, which underpins our MSP operations and supports AWS products and services like Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon DevOps Guru,” said Reimer. “AWS has been an incredible partner and instrumental in the growth and success of our organization over the past decade.”
