As the name implies, DLP Suite version 8.0 is designed to protect sensitive data from loss, leakage, or misuse from the data center to the network to the endpoints, RSA says. The goal is to allow global organizations to collaborate more securely and minimize risk.
Per the official press release, a quick overview of the new features:
Native scanning of the Microsoft Sharepoint and IBM Lotus Notes collaboration platforms
Expanded capabilities for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages
Generation of trend and summary reports according to department, incident type, severity, and status
