You’ll have a tough time attending the upcoming MSP Summit without running into Microsoft. The tech giant will have a booth, host a keynote, a run deep dive session at the event.

Microsoft Teams has become almost ubiquitous in the industry as a unified communications (UC) tool. But Alessandro Podda, product marketing manager for Teams at Microsoft, says there’s room for growth in this competitive space. For instance, there are a ton of small and medium businesses that could still benefit from moving to UC.

Podda chatted with us ahead of the MSP Summit in this edition of Channel Futures TV.
