The channel is proliferating with new technology from leading generative AI, contact center and SASE providers.

Technology swim lanes blur significantly in Channel Futures’ latest roundup of new products and services in the channel. A telco and a disti offering managed IT services? Check. A CPaaS provider adding security capabilities? Check.

And whatever tech bucket we’re putting generative AI and machine learning in — it sure is overflowing. IBM rolled out an AI training grounds and data house, and Dell teamed up with Nvidia to similarly give partners the ability to develop and deploy AI.

We recently compiled a list of 20 top CPaaS providers offering products and services via channel partners.

SASE Providers Lead the Way

And speaking of popular acronyms, SASE (secure access service edge) has been getting plenty of attention lately. This roundup includes managed SASE providers that added to their portfolio with either a partnership or an acquisition. And Fortinet bulked up its SD-WAN (software-defined wide area networking) offering with new underlay and overlay features.

Whether you’re a technology advisor, a managed services provider, a systems integrator or a value-added reseller, there’s something on this list for you. Scroll through the 15 images above to read about new SASE providers, artificial intelligence, cloud and other new technology offerings that channel partners can either sell or use themselves.

Also, check out the new services roundup that covered the month of June.
