The program is for partners that consult with organizations to simplify their communications, integrate complex systems or source communication deals. partners will earn recurring commission without billing the customers themselves. They also will get access to a comprehensive dashboard including real-time statistics, payout tracking and more.

“Partners who in fact want to include VoIP can simply sign up as white-label resellers,” he said.

This evolving program sits in between the referral program and reseller program.

“We launched our referral program (mostly tailored to residential customers, and friends and family) back in 2018 and we already had the reseller program quite some time,” Rouleau said. “But we felt like there was a void in the middle that we needed to fill. This was becoming more and more [requested] by current and new customers.”
