TelePacific Communications kicked off 2010 with agent appreciation events in San Diego, the Bay Area and Los Angeles. The three events, held the first week of February, brought Telepartners together for cocktails, networking and short presentations from TelePacific executives. The 2009 President’s Club honorees were also unveiled at the events.

TelePacific President Dick Jalkut offered a recap of 2009 and previewed 2010, highlighting the great numbers Telepartners posted in January. Ken Bisnoff, TelePacific’s senior vice president of strategic opportunities and channel leader, thanked Telepartners for working with TelePacific.

The honorees of TelePacific’s 10th annual President’s Club were announced at the events. President’s Club status is an honor bestowed annually on master agents in TelePacific’s Telepartner Program with the greatest change in revenue over the previous year. There are seven President’s Club honorees for 2009:

“The President’s Club was expanded this year from five honorees to seven since the competition amongst our agent community was tighter than ever. We decided to expand our honoree group to acknowledge all of the top-producing agents who made large contributions to TelePacific’s success in 2009,” said Bisnoff. “This program is just one of the ways we recognize our outstanding partners. We look forward to working with all of our Telepartners to make 2010 another successful year.”

“TelePacific consistently sets the bar in the industry as a stellar regional CLEC,” said Vince Bradley, president and CEO of WTG, one of TelePacific’s President’s Club honorees. “The balance of good pricing, promotions and products coupled with excellent agent support and commissions set them apart from the competition. To top it off, their agent appreciation events are also top notch. After a great kickoff event at a swanky venue in downtown L.A., we are excited to be headed back to another President’s Club. They keep getting better and better since the first one in 2003! We are excited to partner with them into the new decade!”

Between 50 and 70 Telepartners attended each event, and were enthusiastic about working with TelePacific.

“We continue to recommend TelePacific to our customers because the company offers a reliable product with accurate billing and great support at every stage of the customer experience,” said Dominic Antonini, president of Telcombrokers, another 2009 President’s Club honoree.

TelePacific has consistently been the predictable and reliable partner that both we and our customers have come to respect and reward. Their unwavering commitment to the channel sets them apart from their LEC competitors. Our long-term goal is to continue to introduce TelePacific service offerings to our existing and future customers in every way we can.”
