PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — April 18, 2018 — From now until Dec. 31, 2018, all eligible partners who close a multi-year Talkdesk (booth #5078 and a Featured Sponsor) license deal that wins over select competitors will receive a 2X commission for a full 12-month period.

Talkdesk’s new 2X Commission Program is the first of its kind. This disruptive program demonstrates Talkdesk’s ongoing commitment to the Channel. By bringing the most innovative enterprise contact center platform on the market to your customers, partners will empower businesses to challenge the status quo with a solution that is built around the needs of their customers and teams.

Details of the promotion include:

  • Commission paid to active, contracted partners.

  • 2X commissions will be paid on Talkdesk licences only. Transport and AppConnect will be paid at normal commision percentages.

  • Two-year or more customer contract required.

  • Net new customers and/or contracts are eligible.

  • Commission rate paid per normal contract for remainder of the contract after the 12-month period.
