Peerless Network Creates IP Control Center for Partners

The Web portal simplifies the ordering and provisioning process for the company's cloud services.

CLOUD PARTNERS IP telephony and interconnection services provider Peerless Network Inc. (Booth 110) on Thursday introduced the IP Control Center Web portal for simplified cloud-services ordering and provisioning.

IP Control Center gives channel partners greater control of the service delivery process. Capabilities include self-provisioning of telephone numbers, Caller ID storage information, and SMS-enablement of telephone numbers and E911 services. In addition, partners will be able to establish Local Number Portability orders directly to Peerless Network.

IP Control Center is just the first step in providing real-time self-provisioning to our customers,” said Gregor Ernst, director of product management. IP Control Center puts greater control into the hands of our partners which simplifies and speeds the provisioning process.”

Peerless Network also touted its billing platform and portal where customer may maintain accounts, pull call-detail records for analysis and make automated payments.  Channel partners may use the system to co-brand invoices and increase customer touch points.
