PanTerra Networks’ SmartBox collaboration service now works with Salesforce, Dropbox and Box.

The unified communications provider earlier this year introduced SmartBox, its platform intended to replace mid-market enterprises’ disparate file-sharing and conferencing systems.

PanTerra said the Salesforce integration connects PanTerra’s infrastructure to Salesforce CRM for faster response and streamlined workflow. There’s also the ability to record data without having to enter it by hand, saving time and money.

The Dropbox and Box interoperability lets users transfer files from one account to another by replicating contact on either platform, automatically, into a SmartBox account. PanTerra said this activity does not eat bandwidth.

The idea is to make SmartBox more appealing to customers. That way, PanTerra partners can go into a company that already uses Salesforce, Dropbox or Box and alleviate concerns about additional costs, or complex migration or integration.

Licenses are available now through PanTerra partners.
