Avant Communications is giving partners a new resource to help them deliver UCaaS solutions.

The Chicago-based master agent this week unveiled its UCaaS Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Assessment Tool. The resource helps partners show customers the cost-saving advantages of using cloud-based UCaaS compared to on-premises PBX solutions.

The tool is part of Avant’s Pathfinder platform, which agents use in their interactions with clients. The calculator helps inform and impress the IT decision-makers who buy from partners.

“We are constantly working to refine and add valuable tools to our … Pathfinder platform, and our new UCaaS TCO Assessment Tool is the latest way of putting additional power into the hands of our trusted advisers. This year has validated the necessity of tech to power businesses through any challenge,” Avant president Drew Lydecker said. “With their UCaaS TCO Assessment, companies can weigh options and explore the differences in solutions to make an intelligent decision for their specific needs that will drive their model for years to come.”

We recently compiled a list of 20 top UCaaS providers offering products and services via channel partners.

We previously knew the Pathfinder application as the BattleApp, before the master agent rebranded and expanded it last year. Avant agents hold exclusive access to the app and can use it on any app. The company built the integrated platform on Salesforce Communities.

Avant earlier this year unveiled a UCaaS report that showed a major increase in sales during the late spring. Avant Analytics also noted that 67% of businesses aim to migrate to UCaaS during the upcoming year.
