It’s another pair of blockbuster guests on the latest episode of the Channel Partners podcast, Coffee with Craig and Kevin.

First up is 8×8 channel chief John Delozier, the Channel Partners/Channel Futures Influencer of the Year. He’s the first-ever three-time guest on the show. “JD” fills us in on what 8×8 is doing to help its partners and customers through the COVID-19 crisis. He also shares advice on what he thinks it means to be an “influencer.” And last but not least, we get an update on how the 8×8 partner program is now more accessible to more partners.

But that’s not all. The “initial” party continues! J.P. Dundas is someone the channel knows from his days at Fuze, EarthLink and Cbeyond. Now he has taken the reins of the Edify.cx channel. You might not know about Edify yet. So Dundas will talk about the company’s cloud-native contact center platform and more. He also tackles the way Edify is helping people suddenly working at home.

Looking for more? Craig and Kevin will give you a breakdown of the changes to this year’s prestigious MSP 501 awards. They include an accompanying awards program — the Next Gen 101! You will learn how to apply and qualify. You just celebrate with peers at an awards dinner at the colocated Channel Partners Conference & Expo/Channel Partners Evolution in September.

And to get you out of the stay-at-home blues, Craig and Kevin offer the Binge-Worthy Awards! They give you their picks for TV, movies and music while you are shut in.
