This acquisition plays a key role in supporting Avaya’s OneCloud platform beyond CCaaS. Customers can take full advantage of its composable cloud platform with additional building blocks for solutions optimized to address their specific needs, Avaya said.
“More recently, we have been working with CTIntegrations as an OEM partner,” Chirico said. “And by acquiring them now, we will create even greater long-term value for our customers. In addition to acquiring IP to complement the Avaya OneCloud CCaaS private solution, Avaya has added significant talent to support our Avaya OneCloud CCaaS solution and overall Avaya OneCloud platform.”
For Avaya partners, one of the near-term benefits is helping to “super-charge” the Avaya OneCloud CCaaS solution,” Chirico said.
“Additionally, the talent that we are bringing on with the CTIntegrations team will be strengthening our overall OneCloud platform,” Chirico said.
Ronny Flaatten is CTIntetgrations’ CEO and founder.
