Avaya Acquires CTIntegrations to Enhance OneCloud Platform

Avaya has acquired CTIntegrations, a specialized contact center software development and system integration company based in Austin, Texas.

CTIntegrations provides Avaya with additional digital capabilities for its contact center customer base. In addition, it will further enhance the Avaya OneCloud AI-powered experience platform.

CTIntegrations is the company behind CT Suite and its connectors. CT Suite is a multimodal, open and integrated platform.

The Avaya-CTIntegrations acquisition has closed. Avaya didn’t disclose financial details of the deal.

And many Avaya customers are currently benefitting from CT Suite capabilities that integrate into their Avaya contact centers today.”

This acquisition plays a key role in supporting Avaya’s OneCloud platform beyond CCaaS. Customers can take full advantage of its composable cloud platform with additional building blocks for solutions optimized to address their specific needs, Avaya said.

“More recently, we have been working with CTIntegrations as an OEM partner,” Chirico said. “And by acquiring them now, we will create even greater long-term value for our customers. In addition to acquiring IP to complement the Avaya OneCloud CCaaS private solution, Avaya has added significant talent to support our Avaya OneCloud CCaaS solution and overall Avaya OneCloud platform.”

‘Super-Charged’ CCaaS

For Avaya partners, one of the near-term benefits is helping to “super-charge” the Avaya OneCloud CCaaS solution,” Chirico said.

“Additionally, the talent that we are bringing on with the CTIntegrations team will be strengthening our overall OneCloud platform,” Chirico said.

Also on Monday, Avaya reported its earnings for its fiscal 2021 third quarter. Total revenue increased 2% year-over-year to $732 million
Moreover, Avaya OneCloud annual recurring revenue increased over 275% year over year to $425 million
