SimpleSignal Debuts SimpleMeetup Web Conferencing

SimpleSignal says this feature-rich tool will add to its hosted unified communications offerings, such as HD audio conferencing and multi-point video conferencing services.

CHANNEL PARTNERS Cloud-based UC&C provider SimpleSignal (Booth #415 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) has launched its new Web conferencing and collaboration application, SimpleMeetup.

SimpleSignal is showcasing the multi-person video and Web collaboration product on the expo floor, and partners will be able to see live demonstrations of capabilities in the SimpleSignal demo area. The company says this feature-rich tool will add to its hosted unified communications offerings, such as HD audio conferencing and multi-point video conferencing services.

SimpleMeetup combines Web collaboration with face-to-face, multi-person video and integrated audio conferencing for a media-rich user experience, SimpleSignal said. Providing users with a collaborative toolset, the software offers a variety of features like file sharing, whiteboards, content sharing and polling. These integrated, real-time collaboration features are designed to enable users to be fully equipped for holding online meetings, giving Webinars, and providing educational training and support.

SimpleSignal says SimpleMeetup simplifies Web collaboration for SMB and enterprise customers, and provides in-depth reporting tools, including detailed meeting reports and an exclusive Green Meter” which allows users to track emissions, travel and cost savings. Integration with third-party applications such as Outlook and Facebook allows users to seamlessly incorporate Web collaboration with CRM applications and social networks.

Other SimpleMeetup features include: media files and live video streaming; closed captioning; and full end-to-end encryption.
