Reinvent Adds Key CRM Integration Features

Reinvent says these capabilities are in high demand.

PRESS RELEASE — SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – JULY 13, 2017 – Reinvent Telecom, a provider of private-label cloud-based Unified Communications, Collaboration and Contact Center solutions, announced today that its cloud-based UC services now include powerful customer relationship management (CRM) integration capabilities with click-to-dial, caller recognition and “screen pops” from a customer database.

These capabilities are in high demand and empower Reinvent’s reseller partners to earn more recurring revenue by enabling their business customers to operate more effective and efficient sales and service organizations.

“Customer experience – the totality of customer interaction with your company – is becoming a primary battleground for competing companies in a service economy,” said Shawn Crespo, partner success manager for Reinvent. “Businesses want ways to make their interactions with customers faster, more efficient and seamless. Our CRM integrations do both.

Click-to-dial, for example, eliminates errors from manually typing customer phone numbers and “screen pops” remove the need to rekey customer info when transferring them to another department.

“CRM Integrations to our Cloud UC service give our reseller partners a great tool to help their clients increase customer satisfaction and loyalty,” said Ray Napoletano, director of sales operations for Reinvent. “In addition, it enables them to boost their average revenue per seat.”

Reinvent enables its private-label resellers to offer their business customers CRM integration with its cloud UC service at various levels – from light to deep integrations with leading CRM platforms.

  • Click-to-Dial – Add Click-to-Dial or Highlight-to-Dial functionality to any web page or program by downloading a simple client to user desktops that integrates with cloud UC. Dialing with a single click is quick, convenient and error-proof.
  • CRM Integration + Click-to-Dial – Integrate cloud UC with more than 40 leading CRM platforms, such as ConnectWise, Freshdesk, Office 365, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zendesk and Zoho CRM, by downloading a simple client to user desktops. A setup wizard detects the CRM in use and selects the appropriate settings. This enables users to see callers’ contact information as well as a “screen pop” with relevant customer information from the CRM application.
  • Advanced Salesforce Integration – Go clientless with our deep and secure integration between cloud UC and Salesforce. Not only does this save time spent managing clients, it ensures all customer data remains within the Salesforce environment, which offers increased data security and compliance with data privacy requirements.

Click-to-Dial and CRM Integration are available immediately for wholesale license on a per-seat basis as an additional application with Reinvent’s cloud UC service. Advanced Salesforce Integration is scheduled for release later this year.
