Antitrust Investigations Go High-Tech
Just ‘cuz you’re buddy-buddy with Barack Obama doesn’t mean he won’t investigate your company if something stinks of antitrust. That’s what Google Inc. (GOOG) – whose CEO, Eric Schmidt, is a supporter and friend of Obama – is discovering.

Google, Apple Inc. (AAPL), Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) and Microsoft Corp. (MSFT), as well as some biotech firms, are being probed for allegations of agreeing not to recruit each other’s employees.
