Telarus and Everbridge today announced they have partnered to deliver essential CEM capabilities to organizations. Master agent Telarus is a leading distributor of business cloud services. Everbridge is a global leader in critical event management (CEM). Telarus’s network of more than 4,000 partners will have the full suite of Everbridge products available for their clients.

Everbridge and its platform currently reach more than 550 million people across the world, delivering essential CEM capabilities to leading Fortune 500 companies as well as cities, states and entire countries. The company’s partnership with Telarus helps organizations overcome the struggle of managing employee safety and operational resilience on their own. Everbridge products can enable organizations to seamlessly mitigate critical events with one unified platform.

The Everbridge CEM platform automates and accelerates a company’s response to critical events such as COVID-19 to keep employees safe and the business running efficiently. In March, the company supplemented the platform with COVID-19 Shield, a set of purpose-built pandemic solutions. Earlier this month they introduced Return to Work, a software solution for help businesses prepare to bring back their workforces. Both products are included in the distribution agreement.

In response to COVID-19, Everbridge launched a coronavirus data feed which supplements its existing real-time risk intelligence based on 22,000 data sources across 175 countries. The data feed tracks everything from virus hot spots and travel restrictions to protests and civil unrest.

Channel Pandemic Resources

Telarus was at the forefront of organizations helping the channel community deal with the coronavirus crisis. In February, they formed a committee that developed a playbook of responses to possible scenarios created by the pandemic. Their plans helped employees and partners quickly adapt to work-from-home arrangements.

Everbridge recently announced its “Coronavirus: the Road to Recovery” virtual leadership summit to be held May 20-21, 2020. The conference will feature two marquee keynote speakers. General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.) who will speak about leadership in challenging times. Scott Gottlieb, M.D., former FDA Commissioner, will discuss a road map to recovery.
