World Wide Technology (WWT) and Myriad Supply are the winners of Opengear‘s 2018 North American Channel Partners of the Year awards, which comes as the company’s North America partner program – which includes more than 300 resellers, integrators and distributors – saw more participation and grew revenue throughout 2017.

“WWT and Myriad Supply have each seen considerable success as Opengear partners,” said Bryan Keepers, Opengear’s channel sales manager for the Americas. “These organizations come to the marketplace with a smart understanding of the benefits that Opengear’s products provide for managing critical infrastructure – and they really excel at communicating that value to enterprise customers who need those benefits the most. We congratulate both of these very deserving award-winning partners on their well-earned recognitions, and look forward to our continuing achievements together.”
A global provider of supply-chain offerings to large public and private organizations, WWT has been named Partner of the Year. Its success included several key customer account wins, and it showed “particular acumen by providing Opengear solutions as complementary additions to high-selling product lines such as Cisco and Juniper equipment,” Opengear said.
A provider of cybersecurity, networking, hybrid cloud, mobility and SDN, Myriad is the winner of the Catalyst Award. It earned the award for “remarkable year-over-year revenue acceleration, exceptionally strong customer engagement through effective marketing campaigns, and attaching sales to complementary product purchases,” Opengear said.
In addition to their role as channel partners, both WWT and Myriad Supply also have integrated Opengear’s offerings internally, with WWT as part of its Advanced Technology Center.
“It’s an honor for WWT to be named Opengear’s Partner of the Year,” said Kurt Fultz, vendor alliance partner specialist with WWT. “The remote-management solutions that Opengear offers are especially well-suited to the needs of our enterprise customers, delivering the automation and resilience necessary to safeguard networks and keep them up and running no matter what.”
“Our partnership with Opengear continues to be a fruitful one, and we’re proud to have this success recognized with Opengear’s Catalyst Award,” said Jeff Chen, Myriad’s director of partner management. “We understand that today’s enterprises require intelligent monitoring and out-of-band management of critical IT infrastructure more than ever, and our customers have certainly appreciated having the capabilities that Opengear’s technology provides.”
