“I’ve grown within the industry and worn multiple hats throughout my career. This has helped me understand the needs of the partner community and their clients. That exposure has allowed me to build strong and motivated teams,” Frazzetta said. “In our business, that is a key and is certainly a big focus here at Fusion Connect. We are about building strong channel teams that translate into strong partner relationships. I am proud of the team we were able to build. I am confident that together we are going to make 2022 a tremendous year for our partners and their clients.”

Regional Expansion

Frazzetta joined Fusion Connect last year as regional vice president of channel sales. Her goal was to expand the company’s regional presence in the East. In a short period of time, she built a team in the region. They focused on delivering a superior level of service to the partner community and their clients, the company said.

“Delivering a frictionless experience for our partners along with a market-leading portfolio of services is my team’s primary goal,” Frazzetta said. “Our partners put a lot on the line when they recommend us to their clients. They need to know that their clients will receive a superior level of service.”

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in March.

Fusion Connect acts as a trusted technology adviser, guiding partners and their clients through the development and implementation of a technology solution aligned to their business needs, the company said. The focus is on delivering measurable improvements in productivity and efficiency.

Mario DeRiggi is chief revenue officer at Fusion Connect.

“We are thrilled to have Diane leading our channel and alliance organization. She led the successful rebuild and expansion of our East team over the past year. This enabled us to expand our footprint and improve levels of interaction and service with our partner community,” DeRiggi said. “She’s a great leader who will drive Fusion Connect’s continued push to increase distribution through the channel. The company continues to build a market-leading set of solutions and tools to support the partner community.”

Supporting partners will now be easier for Fusion Connect. In January, the company garnered $55 million in preferred equity and refinanced a $60 million credit facility as part of an overall recapitalization of its balance sheet. This provides full funding for its long-term growth strategy, while simultaneously reducing debt by over 80%.

Prior to joining Fusion Connect, Frazzetta was at LogMeIn (now GoTo) and Intelisys. There she supported internal sales teams and channel partners to accelerate their revenue growth on the regional and national levels.
