PanTerra Networks this week launched a unified business analytics solution that combines content management and unified communications (UC) analytics to help enterprises monitor, react to and adjust their business processes in real-time.

The Santa Clara, California-based cloud services provider (CSP) said its new unified business analytics solution features an analytics framework that is specifically designed to help enterprises reduce their IT costs and workloads.

This analytics framework allows users to monitor and track more than 100 communications and content analytics metrics so that they can become more productive and efficient, according to PanTerra Networks.

“To continue to be competitive and stay ahead of changing business dynamics, it’s critical for businesses to monitor, measure and report on all their key performance metrics on any device from a single platform,” PanTerra Networks CEO Arthur Chang said in a prepared statement. “Our Unified Business Analytics combines UC and content management analytics to create a complete end-to-end solution for businesses that want to drive more revenue while optimizing productivity and efficiencies in real-time.”

PanTerra Networks’ unified business analytics solution provides enterprises with:

  • Analytics on any call queue, file, group or user

  • Custom notifications

  • Reporting capabilities

PanTerra Networks also noted this solution offers analytics features that are accessible at any time, on any device, via the company’s mobile Unified Live Monitor (ULM) application.

Enterprises can use PanTerra Networks’ unified analytics to create unlimited analytics across both communications and content management metrics for a more holistic view of their businesses, according to the company.

These analytics also enable enterprises to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), PanTerra Networks said, both in real-time and over extended periods of time.

PanTerra Networks currently offers cloud-based fully managed and self-managed unified IT services for enterprises with annual revenues that range from $500 million to $1 billion.
