In observation of Pride Month 2022 last June, Xposure Inclusion & Diversity Council hosted “Beyond Pride.” In this 50-minute webinar, four members of the LGBTQ+ community discuss their experiences in the workplace. They also share insights for creating a work culture in which LGBTQ+ employees feel safe.
