Synnex Adds New Solv Business Unit for Collaboration

Synnex CollabSolv is launched just in time for partners to solve customers' modern collaboration needs.

Synnex Corp. on Friday launched its latest Solv business unit – CollabSolv – designed to help partners address customers’ modern collaboration needs, including audio/visual, IT, consumer electronics, unified communications, cloud, mobile and secure networking technologies.

Like other Synnex Solv unique solution efforts – GovSolv, DemandSolv, PrintSolv, RenewSolv, ServiceSolv, and VisualSolv – the new CollabSolv includes the technologies and support partners require to build integrated collaboration solutions for enterprise, video and team collaboration.

In a recent unified communications-as-a- service (UCaaS) report from MarketsandMarkets, the global UCaaS market is expected to reach about $25 billion by 2024, compared to $15.4 billion, last year.

Here’s whos on the CollabSolv line card: manufacturers such as Audiocodes, Avaya, Aver, Avocor, Bose, Cisco, Crestron, Epson, Ergotron, Five9, Fortinet, Google, Harman, HPE, HPI, Intel, Konftel, Kramer, Legrand, Lenovo, LG, Lifesize, Logitech, Microsoft, NEC, Newline, OneLan, Peerless AV, Poly, Ribbon, RingCentral, Ruckus, Samsung, Sennheiser, Sharp, Verizon, Viewsonic, Watchguard, and Yamaha.

On the support side, Synnex offers specialized design, sales, product, and solutions teams, including recently expanded field-based and UC sales teams. Other service enablement includes site survey and collaboration assessments, post-sale support, help-desk services and solution monitoring. And partners will see solutions-focused training and enablement.

Synnex will also offer exclusive and specialized bundled solutions, meeting room as a service, subscription and consumption-based plans with monthly pricing options.
