NaviSite, the cloud messaging and application service provider arm of Time Warner, is bolstering its cloud portfolio with the addition of managed Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM services.
The value proposition is simple, according to the official press release: NaviSite Managed Application Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM leverages the company’s NaviCloud platform to enable customers and partners to scale on a per-user basis, maximizing flexibility while minimizing risk and TCO.
The offering supports cloud hosting for the whole range of Dynamics products, according to the company, which includes Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics SL. NaviSite, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, pointed out it has 14 years of experience hosting and managing Microsoft Dynamics, and these new services are monitored by in-house cloud experts. And, of course, NaviSite promoted the security and stability of its SLA-backed data centers.
Looking at the bigger picture, it seems as though Microsoft Dynamics is upping its overall cloud game: the Microsoft Office 365 cloud productivity suite is reported to be getting Dynamics CRM sooner rather than later, and even well-known service provider mindSHIFT made Dynamics a cornerstone of its new cloud focus.
