Software company Redstor has launched its new All Access partner program, offering MSPs co-branded online marketplaces to simplify and accelerate the sales process. This includes sales, marketing and technical support, “attractive” NFR and discount pricing. It also provides a new partner advisory board for exchanging insights with peers.

Redstor designed All Access to help MSPs capitalize on high demand for cloud-based data protection services across on-premises, cloud-native and SaaS business application workloads.

In addition, Redstor has expanded its leadership team as growth continued throughout its third quarter. The company named Linda Misauer VP, software security, and Douglas Sawyer, director of partner acquisition. The company added several veteran executives during the quarter as well. This includes chief revenue officer, Mike Hanauer, and channel chief, Matt Scully.

“I’ve built a career on listening to MSPs, advocating for their needs, and teaching my teams to do the same. With Redstor, I can not only ensure their voice continues to be heard. I can answer with technology that’s recognized by users as the best on the market,” Sawyer said.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

MSPs use Redstor to discover, manage and protect customer data. It offers a range of data connectors, spanning on premises and critical cloud applications such as Microsoft 365. Purpose-built for MSPs with multitenancy, Redstor streamlines IT workloads by centralizing the backup and management of data across entire customer environments. It provides cloud-first backup with near immediate, on-demand recovery of files and databases through its InstantData technology, the company said. Artificial intelligence (AI) polices backups to identify and isolate malware for safe restores. Customers and data can also be managed through one app (RedApp), so MSPs can easily set policies, fortify security and lessen the impact of breaches.

Partner Advantages

Redstor only sells through the channel. Features and benefits of All Access include a co-branded online marketplace that enables end-to-end onboarding of customers, and upsell opportunities. Redstor says lead referrals and listing in its partner directory can help attract new clients. The company provides not-for-resale (NFR) bundles available for partners and marketing development funds to generate new revenue streams. Redstor also promises substantially better margins, end-user pricing not published and attractive discounts.

Redstor also provides access to its newly created partner advisory board. The goal is to enable open, honest feedback to shape technology and services. Lastly, partners have access to the Redtribe community, created to help MSPs collaborate with Redstor and industry peers.
