Increased Collaboration Features
The co-editing feature has been enhanced to allow users to collaborate on mind maps and diagrams together in real time, which helps streamline project collaboration, especially among remote workers.
Users can access this feature from any device, including Windows and Mac, through the MindManager for Microsoft Teams application, or via the all-new MindManager Web and Chromebook applications.
Also new to MindManager is the MindManager Snap map part sharing feature. Rather than sharing a full map with teams, this tool allows team members to select one part of their map for easy sharing.
Teams can also opt to use the software via Microsoft Teams. This integration helps facilitate meetings, brainstorming sessions, whiteboarding and much more.
Enhanced Productivity and Usability Tools
New features for MindManager for Windows include increased speed and responsiveness of the MindManager solution, and new spell-check and autocorrect features that also align with language packs in Windows.
Additional enhancements to MindManager for Windows include faster map filtering, improved slides and indexing performance.
Next up is MindManager for Mac. Notable enhancements here include the ability to print Gantt charts on single or multiple pages for easy sharing and/or reference, filtering based on topic text, and enhanced tags that make maps even clearer and easier to understand.
MindManager for Mac users can also enjoy a new modern topic info style that is more concise and customizable.
