Talkdesk, InContact Vet to Lead Observe.AI Partners as Head of Channel

The head of channel appointment follows a year of big growth for Observe.AI.

Jon Heaps, who built Talkdesk’s partner program, will lead Observe.AI partners as the company’s new vice president of channel.

Heaps was Talkdesk‘s vice president of global cloud distribution and was with the company for four years. Prior to that, he built partner programs for InContact and Corvisa. He’s spent more than 20 years moving hundreds of contact centers to the cloud.

Heaps was also named a Top Gun 51 for 2020 by the editors of Channel Partners Online and Channel Futures.

Observe.AI provides contact center artificial intelligence (AI).

Channel Growth Plans

Heaps’ appointment follows a year of big growth for Observe.AI. That includes a 300% boost in revenue, a $54 million Series B funding round and hiring more than 100 new employees.

Heaps will help drive the company’s next phase of growth with Observe.AI partners, including master agents and subagents. Moreover, he’ll lead strategic channel program initiatives.
