SyncVoice Communications, a provider of unified management for hybrid communications, recently announced a strategic partner program that allows systems integrators to use the companys VXTracker platform to build business.
The program enables partners to answer tough management questions surrounding the performance, security and cost controls of voice solutions. VXTracker helps enterprise customers model their networks, proactively test them for VoIP readiness and monitor the performance of SLAs.
This program formalizes the delivery of VXTracker through key strategic partnerships, said Mike Ortega, senior vice president of sales at SyncVoice Communications. System integrators need to bundle management solutions such as VXTracker in order to address IT departments concerns over converging voice.
SyncVoice Communications program provides resellers with sales leads, market development funds and access to its sales engineers. In addition, the program includes not-for-resale software, partner marketing collateral, a pre- and post-sale account team and lead-generation programs.
