ShoreTel Increases Channel Opportunities With Sky IP Phone

CHANNEL PARTNERS ShoreTel (Booth 7005 and an Elite Sponsor) says qualified partners can, this quarter, begin to offer ShoreTel Sky 400 series IP phones to create a full ShoreTel cloud solution.

The announcement comes on the heels of ShoreTel’s expanded Champion Partner Program and new track focused on cloud channel tiers.

The ShoreTel 400 series lineup for ShoreTel Sky includes three IP phone models that have high-resolution backlit displays and a full-feature user interface. ShoreTel 400 phones are integrated with ShoreTel cloud applications. Company representatives are demonstrating the ShoreTel Sky solutions this week at its booth.

The ShoreTel Champion Partner Program now includes the following cloud partner tiers:

  • Enabled: Features the highest commissions that can be earned annually for the life of the customer. These partners dedicate a ShoreTel cloud sales resource and manage the sales process from prospect to close.

  • Approved: Identify and qualify a prospect and then hand them off to ShoreTel; commissions can be earned annually for the life of the customer.

  • Referral: Provide prospects to ShoreTel, receive a one-time commission payment.
