Netarx Acquires AIC VAR Biz

Netarx and Analysts International Corp. (AIC) have struck an agreement, wherein Netarx will acquire AIC’s VAR business.
Netarx is a solution provider based in Farmington Hills, Mich., that partners with Cisco, HP and EMC. As part of the deal, about 150 AIC employees will be transferred from the Edina, Minn.-based solution provider to Netarx. Together, the two companies will serve the telecom needs of the Great Lakes region.
